✅ Key Responsibilities
The primary duties of the role involve market expansion, relationship building, strategy implementation, and reporting:
Market & Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international markets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.
Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Sales & Negotiation: Prepare proposals, presentations, and conduct negotiations.
Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics and report on business development activities.
Representation: Represent the company at events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
🎓 Qualifications and Skills
Education: Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related discipline; CIM qualification (full or partial) preferred.
Experience: Proven experience (3-5 years) in Business Development within the service sector, preferably in Education or Consultancy, in a managerial capacity.
Core Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with fluency in English.
Soft Skills: Ability to build rapport, excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities, self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with experience managing social media and AI platforms.
