Position: Assistant Manager - HR & Admin

📋 Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR):
Lead recruitment and onboarding processes.
Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures and compliance.
Handle employee relations and engagement activities.
Support performance management and appraisal cycles.
Coordinate training & development initiatives.
Administration (Admin):
Handle daily administrative operations of the office as well as project sites.
Manage company assets, vehicles, facilities and maintenance.
Ensure smooth functioning of office and project site logistics & supplies.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Support management in compliance, documentation matters.
🎓 Qualification and Experience (Profile)
Age: Below 35 years preferred.
Education: A degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field. MBA is an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years post qualifying experience in HR and Admin Roles (preferably project oriented or engineering firm).
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office 365, Teams and HR software tools.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Highly energetic, positive attitude and a sense of initiative.
