Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the hotel’s website, ensuring it is up-to-date, engaging, and user-friendly.
Handle and implement digital marketing, tracking and digital advertising performance using analytics tools.
Develop and maintain relationships with local and international travel agents and booking portals.
Study current market rates, demand, and competitor occupancy.
Promote seasonal offers and special packages to maximize revenue.
Manage client communications.
Requirements
Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of online booking systems (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda).
Proficiency in website management tools (WordPress or similar).
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
Ability to drive improvement and proactively identify opportunities to improve online presence.
Strong knowledge of and ability to apply web analytics to optimize performance and online traffic.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong national and international travel trade contacts will be an advantage.
🏨 Operation Manager (Pasikudah)
Key Responsibilities
Manage all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
Ensure smooth daily operations and resolve guest complaints effectively.
Supervise and guide department heads to achieve operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Coordinate with the HR department for staff training and performance evaluation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of hotel management systems and operational best practices.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily accounting tasks and documentation.
Data entry and bookkeeping activities.
Support in invoice processing and payment reconciliations.
Help in preparing reports and tax documentation.
Coordinating with the Accountant and finance team as needed.
Requirements
Partially qualified in CA Sri Lanka / Fully qualified AAT / any recognized degree.
3–5 years of experience in an accounting/finance role (preferred).
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally).
