Context: A joint venture between Atman Group and Sino Lanka, reshaping Sri Lanka's electric vehicle (EV) market. The role serves as the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the vehicle selection process and delivery, and managing day-to-day showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and drive sales of innovative electric 3-wheelers at the showroom.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Offer exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales process.
Assist customers in vehicle selection and provide detailed product information.
Handle cashier duties, process payments, and manage transactions accurately.
Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and customer-friendly.
Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
Skills/Attributes:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable mobility.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience in handling cashier duties and managing financial transactions is a plus.
