Context: One of the leading Biscuit Manufacturers in Sri Lanka with an illustrious legacy spanning over $80$ years, known for offering a diverse range of premium biscuit varieties.
Factory: State-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Anuradhapura.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or an equivalent field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
Skills:
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent knowledge of factory safety standards, quality control systems, and production planning.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of $5\text{S Kaizen}$ and Lean Manufacturing process.
Priority: Priority will be given to the candidates near the North Central Province.

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the factory to ensure efficient production and delivery.
Implement and maintain production schedules to meet company targets and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.
Monitor production costs and take initiatives to optimize efficiency and minimize wastage.
Supervise and guide production teams, technical staff, and supervisors to achieve operational goals.
Coordinate with departments such as Quality Assurance, HR, Finance, and Sales.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.
Maintain discipline, teamwork, and a positive work culture within the factory.
