Sunquick Lanka is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented engineering professional with a passion for driving improvement and ensuring operational reliability to join their team as a Senior Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Engineer will be responsible for:
Leading and supervising the engineering team to ensure smooth plant operations.
Managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all machinery and utilities.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives in efficiency, quality, and safety.
Coordinating engineering projects, equipment installations, and technical upgrades.
Ensuring compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Working closely with production and quality teams to achieve business targets.
Qualifications & Experience
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
Education: BSc in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering (or equivalent).
Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
Expertise: Proven experience in maintenance planning, automation, and energy efficiency projects.
Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Advantage: Experience in operating and maintaining TETRA machines will be a definite advantage.
