Job Title: Senior Quality Executive
Company: Botanicoir Description: Experienced manufacturer and supplier of high-quality coir (cocopeat) products, specializing in grow bags and other products for soft fruits, salads, and flowers. Currently supplying coir to growers in over 40 countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with established standards.
- Manage the Research & Development and Laboratory activities to improve product quality.
- Manage and lead a quality team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Maintain effective communication with various departments to streamline quality-related activities.
- Assist in obtaining and maintaining relevant quality certifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality-related role.
- Basic understanding of quality certifications, Research & Development, and laboratory operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with multiple departments effectively.
