The role involves managing both manufacturing units and janitorial services.
Key Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for 2 Manufacturing Units (covering Production, Stock, Delivery, HR, Maintenance, etc.).
Overall responsibility for Janitorial Services (including Regular jobs, Ad-hoc jobs, HR, Marketing, etc.).
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
Experience: Maximum 5 years of experience (Manufacturing or Services preferred).
Skills:
Experience in labor management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Good command of both Sinhala & English.
