Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum $3-5$ years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in a managerial role.
Skills:
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
Implement efficient inventory control systems to minimize losses and ensure stock accuracy.
Supervise warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance monitoring.
Maintain compliance with workplace safety standards and company policies.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for smooth work flow.
Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment in good working condition.
Prepare regular reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and operational performance.
