Role Summary
KSPA Packaging (Pvt) Ltd., a leading name in the packaging industry, is seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Manager - Key Accounts to strengthen its Sales & Marketing team. This role is responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships, driving volume growth, and ensuring long-term business partnerships through excellent service delivery and tailored solutions.
Job Profile (Key Responsibilities)
The Key Accounts Manager will:
Develop and execute strategies to retain and expand business with key customers.
Act as the primary liaison for major accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
Collaborate with internal teams (production, supply chain, logistics, service delivery) to ensure seamless coordination.
Monitor account performance, prepare reports, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms in line with company policies.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to strengthen relationships and gather insights.
Represent the company in client meetings, industry forums, exhibitions, and networking events.
Achieve defined revenue and profitability targets while maintaining strong partnerships with key customers.
Person Profile (Requirements)
Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field from a reputed university/institute.
Qualifications: CIM, SLIM, or Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (an advantage).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or key account management, preferably in the manufacturing or packaging sector.
Language: Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Skills:
Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
Knowledge of CRM systems will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
