Experience: A minimum of 4 years' experience in a managerial or similar capacity in the tourism industry.
Education: A Bachelor's degree, CIM qualification, or MBA.
Skills:
Demonstrated leadership skills with proven experience in team management.
Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
Ability to thrive in a high-tech, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute daily tour operations while building and maintaining strong relationships with partner operators.
Drive business growth by strengthening existing partnerships and actively engaging with potential operators to expand market reach.
