Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification with a strong understanding of business processes and strategy.
Experience: $05$ years of experience in the Integrated Warehousing Solutions (IWS)/3PL industry.
Technical: Proven ability to lead teams and drive process improvements through technology.
Management: Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Location Note: Residing in close proximity to Ekala will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible to:
Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations to ensure timely, efficient, and compliant service delivery.
Drive process and system integration initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
Implement technology-driven improvements to optimize warehouse and material handling processes.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all operations.
Analyze performance data to identify cost saving opportunities and improve productivity.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and service providers.
Lead, guide, and develop a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence.
