Role: Manager - COD (Cash on Delivery)
Koombiyo Delivery (Pvt) Ltd, a well-established leading Cash on Delivery Service with an island-wide branch network, is looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Manager - COD.
📋 Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in COD operations, logistics, e-commerce, or cash handling.
Strong understanding of financial controls, reconciliation processes, and cash management.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software/tools.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
💼 Key Responsibilities
The Manager - COD will be responsible for:
Managing end-to-end COD operations including cash collection, deposit, reconciliation, and reporting.
Supervising and training delivery personnel and branch cashiers on COD handling procedures.
Ensuring daily cash reconciliation with the finance team and resolving any discrepancies.
Coordinating with the accounts and finance department for timely remittance and reporting.
Implementing and monitoring internal controls to reduce fraud, loss, or misappropriation of funds.
Maintaining records of COD transactions and preparing periodic reports for management.
Investigating and resolving issues related to missing payments, delays, or customer complaints.
Coordinating with customer service teams for COD-related queries or refund cases.
Assisting in audits (internal and external) related to COD operations.
