EXECUTIVE – OPERATIONS
The role is for a dynamic and detail-driven professional to power the engine behind Kiddoz's growing logistics and fulfillment ecosystem.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Manage day-to-day e-commerce and quick commerce operations, ensuring every order moves seamlessly from click to delivery.
Maintain inventory accuracy across Magento, ERP, and 3PL systems.
Be fully accountable for stock health—no expired or damaged items, ever.
Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners for dispatches, stock transfers, and inbound deliveries.
Track delivery performance and costs, reconcile COD deposits and vendor payouts, and ensure on-time settlements.
Handle returns verification and stock reintegration with 3PL warehouses.
Build operational dashboards and reports that help the team make smarter, data-backed decisions.
Support process improvements and tech integrations that keep Kiddoz running faster, cleaner, and smarter.
What You'll Need (Qualifications & Skills)
Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
1–3 years' experience in eCommerce, Quick Commerce, or operations management.
Proficiency in Excel, Magento (or other marketplaces like Shopify/WooCommerce), and familiarity with ERP/3PL systems.
Excellent coordination and communication skills—a team player who never drops the ball.
A proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
