Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Admin Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling site procurement, apartment maintenance-related tasks, and providing strong support to the Admin Manager in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage site procurement activities, including sourcing, quotations, purchase orders, and coordination with suppliers.
- Assist in apartment maintenance coordination, handling service requests, and ensuring timely completion of works.
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports for administrative and operational purposes.
- Support the Admin Manager in daily operations, follow-ups, and office coordination.
- Handle basic HR-related tasks such as attendance records, leave management, and assisting with recruitment when required.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma or equivalent qualification in Administration, Business Management, HR, or a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in administration, procurement, or a similar role (experience in construction will be an added advantage).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email & WhatsApp communication).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Basic HR knowledge/experience will be an added advantage.
