Geminete is looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager to lead the adoption of their AI-powered automation solutions. This role is a target-based position where your success directly impacts your earning potential, supported by a highly competitive incentive structure.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales: Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets for AI-powered automation products and services.
Market Development: Identify and acquire new clients by educating them on the benefits of AI and automation software for their business processes.
Value Proposition: Effectively communicate the value of Geminete's solutions, showing how AI-driven automation can solve business challenges and deliver a strong return on investment.
Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on the company's AI and automation tools to present their features and benefits to a diverse audience of business leaders.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships, positioning the company as a trusted partner in the digital transformation journey.
Performance Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead the sales process from the initial contact to negotiation and closing, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A proven track record of at least 5 years of experience in a sales role, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
A results-oriented mindset and the drive and ambition to thrive in a target-driven, incentive-based environment.
The ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
A Bachelor's degree or Professional Qualification in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in the IT industry, especially with B2B solutions or technology services.
Familiarity with concepts of artificial intelligence, machine learning, or business process automation.
Existing network and familiarity with the business landscape worldwide.
