Job Description: As a Merchandising Associate, you will play a key role in creating visually appealing, customer-friendly showrooms across our optical retail network. You will ensure that eyewear products, accessories, and displays are presented in line with brand standards, while supporting overall retail sales and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards across showrooms.
Arrange and display frames, sunglasses, lenses, and accessories to highlight new collections and promotions.
Work closely with the retail and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
Conduct regular checks to maintain cleanliness, stock presentation, and showroom appeal.
Assist in planning seasonal layouts, window displays, and in-store campaigns.
Provide feedback on product presentation and customer response.
Support stock rotation and ensure slow-moving items are highlighted strategically. Requirements:
Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or visual display (experience in optical, fashion, or lifestyle retail is an advantage).
Strong eye for detail, creativity, and aesthetics.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to travel between showroom locations if required.
