Customer Care Executive at Wishque.com
Responsibilities:
Taking a genuine interest in each customer to understand and find solutions for their online shopping needs.
Proactively exploring customer service and sales inquiries to add value to every customer interaction.
Being a supportive and actively involved team player, contributing ideas to continuously improve the customer experience.
Processing orders in a timely manner.
Assisting with administrative duties and being ready to join projects when required.
Requirements:
2–3 years of contact center or customer service experience.
Effective communication, questioning, and listening skills.
The ability to think "outside the box" with a positive attitude to build rapport and gain customer loyalty.
The desire to go "the extra mile" to engage customers and a constant desire to learn and improve excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
