Front Office Executive
As a Front Office Executive, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and guests. Your role will involve managing daily front office activities, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations. You will work closely with internal teams to support the overall efficiency of the office.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Greet and assist visitors, employees, and clients with professionalism and courtesy.
✔ Manage the front desk, including handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
✔ Coordinate boardroom reservations and meeting room schedules.
✔ Oversee incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and deliveries.
✔ Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
✔ Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
✔ Ensure front office areas are tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
✔ Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management for office-related needs.
✔ Support HR and administration teams with ad hoc tasks when required.
Requirements
✔ Prior experience in a front office, receptionist, or administrative role.
✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office package.
✔ Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude.
✔ Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
