ABANS ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES (PVT) LTD
Abans Environmental Services (Pvt) Ltd, a part of Abans group of companies, is a well-established and diversified business entity in the field of Facility Management Services and Environmental Services. We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented young individual to join our growing team of professionals as an IT Executive.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✔ Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
✔ Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
✔ Monitor and manage the company's IT assets and ensure systems are running efficiently.
✔ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
✔ Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems across the organization.
✔ Ensure data security, perform regular backups, and maintain disaster recovery plans.
✔ Collaborate with other departments to provide IT support for projects and daily operations.
✔ Maintain documentation for IT systems, procedures, and protocols.
REQUIREMENTS
✔ Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
✔ 2-3 years of experience in an IT support or technical role.
✔ Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
✔ Familiarity with network administration (LAN, WAN, VPN), firewalls, and routers.
✔ Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) is a plus.
✔ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
✔ Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
✔ Knowledge in ISMS and Cybersecurity is preferred.
