Qualifications & Requirements:
✔ A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a higher qualification in the hotel industry.
✔ Proven experience as a General Manager, CEO, or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
✔ Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, guest services, and business principles.
✔ Knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, inventory, and stewardship processes.
✔ Excellent communication, team-building, decision-making, and people management skills.
✔ Ability to make quick decisions and manage complex situations.
✔ A positive mindset and adaptability to rapid changes.
✔ Ability to work with diverse personalities and backgrounds.
