Profile (Qualifications and Experience):
- Attention to Detail: Important for the role.
- Age & Communication: A "go-getter" personality, less than 30 years old, with good command of English.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Teamwork & Skills: A great team player with excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Computer Literacy: High level of computer literacy.
- Education: Degree in Sales & Marketing, Management, or CIM/SLIM qualification.
- Project Management: Experience in project management.
- Marketing Knowledge: Sound knowledge in Digital Marketing, Direct Marketing, and Event Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape for each brand.
- Marketing Plans: End-to-end planning and execution of strategic and tactical marketing plans for each brand.
- Brand Liaison: Liaise with respective brand owners and teams to align all branding efforts.
- Sales Team Alignment: Liaise with the Sales Team and align marketing plans with Sales Strategies and performance measurement.
- Marketing Materials: Initiate creation of marketing materials, POSMs (Point of Sale Materials), and advertising campaigns.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets and ensure achieving the desired ROI (Return on Investment).
- Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing space to generate leads and online orders for each brand.
- Budgeting & Results: Set Marketing budgets and achieve the desired results within the stipulated period.
- Reporting: Compile and present management reports to the board of directors.
