TRANSPORT EXECUTIVE - CAR RENTAL

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor vehicle handovers and collections.
- Submit invoice instructions to accounts department.
- Payment collection from customers and ensure that all payments are recorded.
- Regularly monitor car rental portals for new bookings and accept them ensuring the availability of vehicles.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries, complaints or other issues promptly.
- Prepare and monitor all rental documents accurately.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within the car rental industry or related field is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be well organized.
- Ability to work independently.
- Age below 30 years.
