Job Title: Chief Finance Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership in the short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
- Offers recommendations to enhance financial performance/investments and business opportunities.
- Ensures credibility of Finance and Accounting by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets / financial trends and forecasts in local and international market.
- Establishes and maintains strong relationship with senior executives to identify their needs and activate full range of revenue- generating business solutions.
- Takes hands on lead position of developing, implementing and maintaining a comprehensive fund management system, multiplication of investments and risk management.
- Analyses cash flow, cost controls, expenses and all financial statements to pinpoint potential areas of improvement.
Qualification and Requirements
- Possess a degree in Accounting/Finance Management from a recognised university
- Chartered/CIMA Qualification
- Good working knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office package
- Experience in CFO position for minimum 3 years
- Strong leadership and proactive team player
- Age between 30-40 is preferred.
