Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement
- Design and Implement Engagement Initiatives: Develop and execute programs to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and motivation. Develop and manage employee relations initiatives to align employees with corporate strategies.
- Grievance Handling: Take preventive actions to manage industrial peace within the organization by effectively handling employee grievances, conflicts, and workplace concerns in a timely manner.
- Employee Communication: Act as a communication bridge between management and employees to ensure consistent and transparent messaging.
- Feedback Mechanisms: Conduct surveys (e.g., employee engagement, pulse checks) and focus group discussions to gauge employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
- Recognition Programs: Manage employee recognition initiatives to reward and celebrate achievements.
- Event Coordination: Organize events, celebrations, and team-building activities to foster a sense of belonging and community.
- Work with teams and managers to implement effective HR strategies.
HR Analytics
- Data Management: Maintain and analyze HR data related to engagement, turnover, performance, and other key metrics.
- Insights Generation: Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic HR decisions.
- Reporting: Create dashboards and periodic reports for senior management to track engagement and other HR-related KPIs.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends and benchmark HR practices to ensure competitiveness.
- Automation and Tools: Identify and implement tools/software to streamline HR analytics and reporting processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in HR roles with exposure to employee engagement and/or analytics.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
- Experience with survey platforms and engagement tools.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Creativity in designing and implementing engagement strategies.
