Candidate Profile: Responsible, organized, reliable, detail-oriented, able to handle both store operations and administrative work efficiently.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
Maintain proper stock levels and update inventory systems.
Organize and manage warehouse/storage areas.
Prepare GRNs, delivery notes, and stock reports.
Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams for smooth operations.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
Support management with day-to-day office work.
✅ Requirements
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in storekeeping or administration.
Knowledge: Stock management and documentation.
Skills:
Ability to work under pressure.
Computer literacy (Excel, email, basic inventory software).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Age: Below 40 preferred.
