Position: Procurement Executive
Role Overview: A pivotal role dedicated to streamlining operations by overseeing and optimizing the company's procurement processes.
📝 Responsibilities
Effectively manage the company's distribution and inventory system while optimizing inventory control procedures.
Manage communication with suppliers to ensure the timely and accurate storage of supplier data, contacts, and contracts in the system.
Manage and maintain standard operational procedures for the contracting and system loading funct
ions.
👤 Candidate Profile (Requirements)
Skills:
Excellent working knowledge of English and Microsoft Office Packages.
Experience/Qualification:
Minimum of 1–2 years of work experience in the travel and tourism industry, preferably in tourism.
Qualification in Data Management, Contract Negotiations or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university would be an added advantage.
