Essential Requirements
Education/Experience: B.Sc. Eng. degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or similar qualifications with a minimum of 3 years' experience in building construction site (preferably in a hotel construction site).
Skills:
Experience in site supervision, MEP coordination, testing, and commissioning.
Knowledge of project documentation and quality control procedures.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Personal Attributes: Strong team player and team-centered attitude, ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure work progress aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Monitor material usage, workmanship quality, and site safety.
Prepare and maintain daily site reports and progress updates.
Support client decision-making and report to the Project Manager.
Ensure the accuracy of all documents submitted by the contractors.
Manage multiple contractors and ensure quality compliance.
Supervise daily site activities and coordinate with contractors and consultants.
