Job Duties and Responsibilities
Provide timely, professional support to respective stakeholders via phone, email, and on-site visits.
Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
Manage and resolve client inquiries and complaints while ensuring accurate logging of all interactions.
Analyze client requirements, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with the development team for improvements.
Conduct training sessions and presentations for clients to enhance system knowledge and user experience.
Prepare monthly reports as required.
Support promotional activities and represent the Company at events such as exhibitions and seminars.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1-2 year experience in customer handling and complaint management.
Personality: Self-motivated, target oriented personality with strong PR Skills.
Skills:
Outstanding presentation skills along with sound negotiation skills.
Good written and verbal communication in English language.
Must have a passion, enthusiasm and shall be a good team player.
Qualification: Qualification in IT/ Marketing would be an added advantage.
