🔑 Key Responsibilities
Prepare hot and cold café dishes (breakfast items, pasta, rice bowls, grilled items, soups, and bakery style light meal).
Execute and maintain high quality food presentation according to brand standards.
Assist in recipe preparation, batch cooking, and portion control.
Monitor kitchen operation, stock levels, and food rotation.
Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
Support menu development and introduce new café specials.
Work efficiently during busy hours and ensure timely service.
Ability to work extended hours.
Very strong communication skills both English & Sinhala.
✅ Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years in a professional kitchen (restaurant, café, hotel, or bakery).
Strong cooking skills beyond sandwiches including grilling, sautéing, and frying, baking or hot kitchen work.
Ability to follow recipes consistently and manage multiple orders.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
