Our parent company provides accountancy, payroll, tax, and company formation services to a large client base across the UK.
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and client focused Client Servicing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between the UK-based accountancy practice and its clients, ensuring excellent communication, timely updates, and smooth resolution of client queries. This role requires familiarity with accountancy and payroll processes and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting key client onboarding processes and managing accurate records of key client information.
Registering new/existing clients for various statutory compliances, such as SA, VAT, PAYE, CIS.
Liaising with HMR&C (UK) and Companies House (UK), via phone and email conversations, in order to handle regular statutory filings.
Communicate efficiently with UK clients via email/phone/ WhatsApp, track their queries, and ensure swift project and/or technical issue resolution is provided.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and client satisfaction, and train new team members to perform similar client management tasks.
Assisting with general administrative duties as required by the local management and reporting to the supervisors in the parent company.
Requirements
Few years of previous experience in a similar role, served in an accounting or consultancy environment, would be ideal, but not essential.
Basic understanding of UK accountancy, payroll, tax, and company formation services would be a plus.
Full confidence in conversing in English is essential – both verbal and written.
Should be self-organised enough to manage between multiple tasks assigned parallelly and meet deadlines efficiently.
Attention to detail in all aspects of work is mandatory and a proactive approach to solving problems independently would be desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace apps is essential and a strong willingness to learn new methods and software workflows is expected.
