Position: TRAVEL EXECUTIVE

Job Summary: Fairway Travels is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Travel Executive to become a vital part of their dynamic team. The role involves working on exciting travel itineraries, designing bespoke tour packages, and managing end-to-end travel operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all inbound tour operations efficiently from inquiry to execution.
Draft and customize tour packages tailored to client needs.
Perform accurate tour costing and quotation preparation.
Manage and coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and other suppliers.
Handle infrastructure planning and coordination for smooth tour execution.
Maintain strong customer relationship management (CRM) and provide timely support to clients.
Ensure all aspects of the tour run smoothly and resolve any on-ground issues swiftly.
Requirements
Prior experience in a similar role in the travel and tourism industry.
Experience handling clients from the Indian or Middle East markets would be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office Package.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle clients and vendors professionally.
Sound knowledge of domestic travel destinations is a plus.
