1. Travel Executive – Sales
Key Responsibilities
Handle client inquiries and prepare customized tour packages (inbound & outbound).
Communicate with hotels, airlines, and overseas agents to obtain quotations and reservations.
Promote company travel packages through direct sales and marketing efforts.
Prepare itineraries, quotations, invoices, and travel documentation.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Requirements
Diploma / Certificate in Travel & Tourism or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity (freshers with relevant education may also apply).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Computer literacy and ability to handle travel-related systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Passion for travel and customer service.
2. Social Media Executive
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow the company's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create engaging posts, reels, and stories to promote travel packages and brand awareness.
Plan monthly content calendars and coordinate marketing campaigns.
Analyze engagement metrics and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align social media activities with promotions.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong creativity and knowledge of current social media trends.
Proficiency in Canva, Cap Cut, Photoshop, or other design/editing tools will be an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
