Key Responsibilities
- Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Supervise and guide junior technicians to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies during operations.
- Maintain accurate records of service, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Qualifications & Skills:
- NVO/Technical diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Technology.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of machinery maintenance and repair procedures.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.
- Good communication and team leadership skills.
- Candidates residing near Wellampitiya will be given preference.
