Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management from a recognized university.
Professional Qualification: Partly qualified in CIMA, CA, or ACCA.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
Age: Should be between the age of 23–27.
Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a positive attitude.
Language: Good command of English, both written and oral.
Work Ethic: The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
