Job Description
They are seeking an enthusiastic, qualified, and highly experienced Human Resources Manager to lead their HR department, fostering a friendly, inclusive, and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
Foster a positive workplace culture by resolving employee issues using strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
Conduct performance evaluations to drive professional development and align employee goals with organizational objectives.
Design and coordinate training programs to enhance staff skills and career progression.
Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan employment laws and regulations in all HR policies, processes, and documentation.
Manage payroll, HR operations, and ensure accurate, compliant HR documentation (including EPF/ETF administration).
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to strengthen the company’s employer brand and public image.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Diploma or BSc in Human Resources Management.
Experience: 7+ years of experience in a similar capacity.
Proficiency: Proficiency in HR Management Systems (HRMS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and HR documentation practices.
Knowledge: Strong knowledge of labor legislation and compliance requirements.
Work Style: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Location & Availability: Residency in/near Colombo and availability to work from 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm.
Essential Skills
Exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and public relations (PR) skills (fluency in English required).
In-depth expertise in labor law, payroll management, performance evaluation systems, and HR record-keeping.
