FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Finance Business Partner to join our team. This role will act as the key link between the Finance function and Operations, providing financial insights, analysis, and guidance to support strategic and operational decision-making. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving business performance, ensuring cost efficiency, and enabling sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with factory leadership to drive cost optimization initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
Monitor and analyze raw material yield, wastage, and overhead absorption to highlight areas for improvement.
Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and operations teams to ensure cost-effective sourcing and inventory management.
Implement and monitor cost control measures while ensuring compliance with financial policies.
Act as the link between Finance HQ and Factory operations, ensuring alignment of financial strategy with production goals.
Support budget preparation, forecasting, and long-term planning for factory operations.
Identify risks and opportunities within operations and propose corrective actions.
Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis to support production planning and investment decisions.
Support factory management with CAPEX / OPEX evaluations & approval, ROI analysis, and resource allocation.
Prepare and present monthly performance dashboards with KPIs (cost per unit, yield %, efficiency ratios).
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Professional qualifications (CIMA/ACCA/CA) preferred.
5–7 years of finance/business partnering experience, ideally in manufacturing or FMCG.
Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to influence operational decisions.
