General Requirement
Diploma or Degree in any field (Business, Marketing, IT, or related areas preferred).
Excellent communication skills in Sinhala; Tamil proficiency is a strong advantage (urgent requirement); English will be an added benefit.
Strong computer literacy and good knowledge of MS Office.
Friendly, professional attitude with strong customer service skills.
Prior experience in customer service or call center is an added advantage.
Age between 23 - 30 years.
