Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Role Summary: A visionary CEO to lead the IT Infrastructure & Renewable Energy Divisions. (Note: This is not a conventional executive role).

Define and execute the growth strategy for the IT Infrastructure & Renewable Energy Division.
Lead P&L, project delivery, client relationships, and compliance operations.
Forge partnerships with government, telecom, enterprise, and donor sectors.
Represent Fame Group in executive forums, public-private dialogues, and industry expos.
Build and scale new business units with startup agility.
Lead cross-disciplinary teams delivering projects in solar energy, EV charging, IT Infrastructure, smart IT systems, and more.
Drive strategic partnerships, unlock new markets, and accelerate growth.
Act as a founder, strategist, and innovator.
Harness the industry network to bring in business opportunities and client pipelines.

Experience: 5+ years of senior leadership experience (preferably in energy, IT, telecom, or engineering services).
Proven success in scaling business units, launching new verticals, or driving market expansion.
Network: Excellent network of industry contacts and the ability to open doors.
Skills: Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on leadership style.
Education: Bachelor's in Engineering/IT/Business (MBA preferred).
