Role Overview
The company is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives across B2B and food service channels. This includes targeting hotels, restaurants, caterers, and institutional clients. The manager will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing relationships, and driving sales to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and grow B2B & Food Service accounts to achieve business targets.
Identify new opportunities and build relationships with hotels, restaurants, caterers, and institutional clients.
Develop sales & marketing strategies tailored to the food industry.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure profitability.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams for seamless order-to-delivery execution.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategies.
Lead promotional activities, sampling campaigns, and activations to enhance product reach in the Food Service sector.
Provide insights to management for product development and portfolio expansion based on customer needs.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years' experience in Food Service sales / B2B business development (FMCG or Food Industry preferred).
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing key accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Go-getter personality with adaptability to fast-paced environments.
