Sales Manager (FMCG)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of traditional and modern trade channels in Sri Lanka.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration; MBA is a plus.
Assistant Sales Manager (FMCG)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in FMCG sales.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with distributors, retailers, and modern trade.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales tools.
- A degree or diploma in Marketing or a related field.
Salary
