📍 Factory Location: Dompe
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the workforce to achieve production targets.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure product specifications.
- Maintain records and minimize material and workforce wastage.
Key Requirements:
- Below 35 years of age.
- Minimum GCE A/L qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the paints/coatings manufacturing industry (preferred).
- Knowledge of SAP Accounting Package.
- Proficiency in English and ability to work late hours/shifts.
- Preference for candidates residing near Dompe.
