Role Overview:
The Social Media Coordinator will manage the company’s online presence, including creating engaging content, interacting with customers, and driving traffic to our platforms. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for food and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management- Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
- Create and schedule posts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, and LinkedIn to engage and grow the audience.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine content strategies and maximize reach.
Content Creation
- Develop visually appealing and informative content, including images, videos, and infographics, showcasing our products and their unique qualities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that highlight seasonal promotions and new product launches.
Customer Engagement
- Respond promptly to inquiries, comments, and messages across social media platforms, maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
- Address customer queries related to products, availability, and orders.
Community Building
- Build and maintain an online community of customers and brand advocates.
- Leverage user-generated content to build trust and authenticity around the brand.
Brand Awareness
- Research and stay updated on food industry trends to position Badhuma Food Products as a leader in the market.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in social media management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong creative and communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and social media analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of current trends in social media and digital marketing, including platforms like TikTok and X.
- Passion for food, storytelling, and engaging with audiences online.
Remuneration:
