Xperts Facility is looking for an experienced Senior Customer Service Executive/Team Leader to join our dynamic team! If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a drive to achieve sales targets, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Manage and lead a team effectively.
✔️ Drive sales targets and ensure top team performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
📌 At least 2 years of experience in a senior customer service role (with a total of 6 years of professional experience).
📌 A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications in a relevant field is preferred.
📌 A positive attitude, quick learning abilities, and adaptability.
Work Schedule:
🕒 Full-time office-based role in Kohuwala.
📅 5 working days per week, with Saturdays as a work-from-home day.
Remuneration:
💼 Competitive salary ranging from LKR 60,000 to 80,000 during the probation period, with opportunities for increments based on performance.
