Pidilite Lanka (Private) Limited, a top-tier manufacturer based in Colombo and a joint venture between Pidilite Industries Limited in India and Macbertan Holdings (Pvt) Ltd. in Sri Lanka, is on the hunt for a dynamic Sales Operation Manager.
The Key Role
To support and optimize the sales process, ensuring that the sales team operates efficiently and effectively and act as a bridge between the sales team and other departments, leveraging data, tools, and processes to drive productivity and revenue growth.
The Core Responsibility
✓ Training and implementation of Channel Automation software among PLPL authorised distributors ✓ Roll out of Sales force automation among PLPL sales team ✓ Monitor key performance parameters of distributor and sales team and improve on the same ✓ Ensure quality of all sales related MIS are getting published to the management for decision making
Skills and Qualifications
✓ Prior experience in Channel Automation (Distributor Billing Software) and Sales Force Automation ✓ 3 to 5 yrs of experience in Sales Operations Management, preferably in FMCG/hardware industry ✓ Skill proficiency in spoken and written English and data analytical skills
