PLANT MANAGER
Responsibilities
The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, managing staff, and achieving operational and financial goals.
The plant manager has to play a strategic role in optimizing resources, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving cost-effective production practices at our facility.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a bachelor's degree or diploma in mechanical engineering, dairy technology, food technology, or a related field.
- Possess at least 3 years of hands-on experience above the executive category in the food processing industry.
- Familiarity with dairy processing equipment and technologies are highly desirable.
- Experience in modern manufacturing and lean production techniques, and ERP software will be a definite advantage.
The right candidate will be compensated with a remuneration package depending on qualifications and experience along with other fringe benefits.
