Position: Senior Contract Officer
Experience:
- Extensive relevant experience in contract management with a minimum of 7 years in contract negotiations and administration, including 4 years in construction field.
- Experience in implementing FIDIC contracts.
- Experienced with MS Office, including Outlook.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts in compliance with FIDIC.
- Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures, coordinating contractual issues with a company’s procurement and legal teams.
- Develop contract templates, standard clauses, and contract management processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Building and Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of FIDIC standard forms of contract applicable to different types of projects and contracts.
- Ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Probation Period: 3 months
