Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced assistant floor manager, to oversee the operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction while managing daily operations efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain high performance and efficiency.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract guests and maximize revenue.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel regulations.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in hotel management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
• Degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in Sinhala and English; any other language is plus.
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
