ACCOUNTANT
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor all financial related activities in the company in a manufacturing and trading environment.

Preparing financial feasibility and other relevant documents such as costing, pricing, investment analysis and procurement etc.

Preparation of Financial Statements including monthly quarterly and year end financials.
-
Handle financial operation activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable and other financial related accounting matters.

Liaison with Banks and External/internal auditors.
-
Monitoring Tax calculations, timely payments and IRD related communications/assessments (VAT/SSCL/IT/WHT).

Analyze and prepare budgets, marginal and full cost analysis and variance management reports in a timely manner thereby ensuring the accuracy of information provided.

Ensure the relevant management controls are set for identified expenses and conduct timely audits.

Guide and train finance staff to perform their duties.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-
Bachelor’s degree and relevant full qualification in Accounting such as CIMA, ACCA, CA.

Minimum five years’ working experience in the similar capacity.

Ability to work in SAP ERP system.
-
Effective communication skills.
-
Analytical skills.
-
IT Literacy.
