Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies tailored to LeoSpree’s software services and target markets.
- Identify and engage potential clients across various sectors, building lasting relationships.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our solutions.
- Drive the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring an excellent client experience.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the product and development teams to align client needs with service delivery.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to contribute to company growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–3 years of experience in software sales or marketing, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
- Strong understanding of the software and IT industry in Sri Lanka and globally.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management platforms.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala is preferred; knowledge of Tamil is an advantage.
